A Day on the Slopes at Park City Mountain

From world-class skiing and snowboarding to unique ski-in/ski-out dining, shopping and entertainment along Historic Main Street, Park City Mountain helps to define a mountain town that draws visitors from around the world.
Olympians, families and adaptive sports enthusiasts are welcome during Park City Mountain’s long ski season that stretches from November to April. Covering over 7,300 skiable acres and averaging over 355 inches (597 cm) of snow annually, the resort’s terrain, with 350 trails accessed by 41 lifts, offers first-time and returning guests new experiences, opportunities and challenges each year.
Adventure is not knowing where the trail will take you but going anyway. Park City Mountain has a printed map, but as you glide off McConkeys and boot pack into Jupiter Bowl or exit the Red Pine Gondola on a bluebird day, you cannot imagine the excitement and awe that await or the people you’ll share it with.
"Snowboarders rejoice! You are rewarded at Park City Mountain. Shredders can take their boards to new heights with six terrain parks, plus a 22-foot superpipe and introductory minipipe for the groms."

Whether posting to social media or bragging to the kids, capturing celebratory photos and videos is a required mountain activity.

From donning fashionable ski kits and enrolling in specialty clinics to enjoying nearby spas and shops, women and solo travelers discover Park City Mountain is a unique and exciting vacation option.

"With two gondolas, Red Pine and Quicksilver, guests enjoy a bird’s eye view and cozy respite on the way up – and over – the mountain."

"The Orange Bubble Express (OBX) lift is not only iconic, it’s toasty. With heated seats and an orange screen, skiers and snowboarders, OBX shields them from the elements. However, with an average of 225 days of sunshine annually in Park City, sunscreen is highly recommended."

"Looking for an aprés plan? The Umbrella Bar at the bottom of Doc’s Run offers after ski dining fare and live music — the best ways to finish a great day with friends."

"The height of the snowboard is impressive, but so is the reach of the ejected snow. Park City Mountain’s dry snows and cold temps are the perfect alchemy for maintaining soft powder conditions days after a storm."

"Couples that slay together stay together. Park City Mountain can help you find your powder partner and snow mate. Just don’t steal her line."

"Carving a line down the mountain late in the day on a pitch that puts you at speeds a little bit beyond comfort but holding tight — a ‘hero run.' It's one of skiing's greatest thrills and joys, and Park City Mountain has several options, including Kings Crown, Payday and Silver Queen."

"Friends gather and swap stories that will become warm memories near one of the outdoor fires at Canyons Village."
