The Yurt at Solitude Mountain Resort

Start this dining journey with a guided snowshoe through serene forest under cover of starlight. Enjoy the crisp mountain air and take in the stunning winter landscape as you head toward a cozy yurt, where delicious drinks, mouth- watering food and a welcoming warmth await. The entire experience is about three and half to four hours long. However, the snowshoe itself is a short trek (approximately half a mile) and suitable for all levels. The yurt’s renowned chefs prepare a menu daily with locally sourced ingredients, offering the freshest and most seasonable dinner courses. Reservations are required. The Après Lounge at Montage Deer Valley

This option differs a bit from the ones listed above as it is a first come, first served après ski yurt at Deer Valley Resort. Located in Empire Village directly behind The Montage Deer Valley, The Après Lounge is the perfect yurt to snuggle up in after a day on the slopes. Open daily from 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., you can enjoy caviar, local cheese charcuterie boards, or smoked fish, just to name a few menu options. This swanky yurt pairs perfectly with champagne as it's sponsored by Veuve Clicquot. So click off your ski boots, cozy up by the fire and get fancy at this opulent après yurt. Note that you must be 21 or older to enter this yurt.
