Canyon Rim

Willows/Mann’s

Sites: 17 basic sites (9 sites at Willows and 8 sites at Mann’s). These two campgrounds are very near one another, with both located in beautiful Sheep Creek Valley. No reservations.
Carmel

Cottonwoods and conifers shade these sites, some of which are semi-open, all of which provide close access to the Flaming Gorge National Recreation Area and the rest of Sheep Rock Geological Loop, a must-see. No reservations.
Lucerne Valley

Sites: 44 basic sites, 90 electric-hookup sites, and 4 group sites (maximum 80 people each). Cottonwoods only partially shade this open area, with its lovely view of the reservoir. Reservations.
