Rocket Power Gin Cocktail Recipe
Restaurant: New World Distillery
Artisan: Elyse Evans, New World Distillery brand ambassador and owner of Bitte Bartending
About: New World Distillery produces small batch, super premium spirits. They honor each spirit’s unique origin in every step of their process from fermentation and distillation to aging. The distillery sources local ingredients when possible, are committed to 100% transparency and promotes responsible stewardship of the environment through their equipment choices and production methods. The distillery's paperless, screen-painted bottles are works of art, custom designed through collaboration with a local artist to represent their vision.
